Welcome to our 2021 Team!

Congratulations on being selected to be part of our Team! You have come to a great place for summer employment. 2021 will be our 40th season of providing family fun, and we are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our Guests. Of course, we can't do that without you!

Safety is our top priority and Calaway Park is committed to keeping our Team Members and Guests safe. In 2020, we established a number of new safety protocols and procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. These include, but are not limited to: mandatory masks and other PPE; physical distancing and physical barriers; enhanced cleaning and disinfecting; and hand sanitizer or hand washing stations available at all park locations. In addition, Team Members are required to stay home if they have any COVID-19 symptoms, and arrange for testing in accordance with Alberta Health guidelines.

We hire more than 650 people each season. Our training programs have been recognized as some of the best in our industry. You will have the opportunity to learn and further develop your skills in Guest service, problem solving, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. You'll also learn many skills specific to the department you've been hired for. We're confident that everything you learn at Calaway Park will be helpful to you while at the Park and in other areas of your life.

The experience you have while you're here is important to us. In addition to quality training and a safe work experience, we offer high school credits, team member events, days passes, free bus transportation, and recognition for a job well done. You'll also make many new friends and have a lot of fun! That's what makes Calaway Park such a great place to work!

Choose to get the most out of this job. Work hard and do your best. You'll enjoy the rewards, the friendships and the satisfaction of contributing to a winning Team!
